The party was held on Dec. 18, 2010 at the Encino Park Community Center located at 1923 Encino Rio Dr.
The food was provided by Goerkes Country Catering, and was absolutely delicious.
The menu was:
Homemade Pot Roast
Country Sausage
Buttered Corn
Green Beans
Mashed Potatoes w/gravy
Chilled Peaches
Tea, Coffee and soft drinks will be provided. Otherwise it is BYOB.
We had tons of desserts and snacks for before the meal.
Don Thompson held an auction with the money going to a charity of our choice. It was a huge success and we raised over $1,650.
Everyone loved the ornament exchange game that Doug had planned. I heard tons of laughter while it was going on. I didn't get to play as I was collected the $$$ for the auction items.
